Should you take the most expensive bid or the cheapest from a contractor?

Any bid that is not close to your other bids means that the contractor may be inexperienced, greedy or in the case of very cheep and too hungry for work. if all the bidds are close in price then use your instincts and choose the one that seems most honest, and has some high quality jobs you can check out. One thing I've noticed is that the best sales person is never the best trades, or working person.
